We had the pleasure of working with Defined Interiors on a project at 74-80 Middlesex Street. This site was formerly a Co-Op near Spitalfields Market, London, which was converted into a potential office / gallery space. Accommodation included the main studio space, tea point, meeting rooms and WC’s.
Whilst this was a small project there were several nuances which needed to be addressed, including the poor acoustic quality of the space, varying floor levels and reduced ceiling height. Defined Interiors worked with us to resolve these issues with little compromise on the design intent.
Defined Interiors remained in close contact with the design team throughout the build, providing regular updates which was greatly appreciated especially as the project was undertaken during the Coronavirus pandemic. The team had a very proactive attitude, often approaching us with solutions to any issues that arose.
We have been impressed with the high level of finish produced on this project and their attention to detail.
