We have a fresh, enthusiastic and dynamic approach to commercial office fit-out and refurbishment all off which is delivered by our highly experienced team. Our site team will be hand-picked to suit the individual needs of the project and our employees will devote all their energy to supporting you and making the project a success for both you and the company.

Our added value begins at the conception and continues through the entire project life cycle from the initial meeting, whether this be a simple introduction, pre-qualification questionnaire or a tender opportunity, right the way through to the commissioning, handover and after service care.

Manufactured Joinery

Formed in September 2013 in Shoeburyness, Essex, our joinery company undertakes all manner of joinery usually associated with commercial office fit out, manufacture and installation of tea point right the way through to high quality bespoke pieces. Headed by Gregory Ball, we use the same team of 10 on each project to ensure that the same attention to detail is always available on site.

We believe that collaborative teamwork should be a positive experience and should bring teams of people closer together with a shared objective of a successful project in mind. We believe that the finished product should be well detailed, crisp and one that leaves positive feeling to all involved.

Partitions and Ceilings

Formed in October 2013 our sister company I-fit out undertake all types of partition and ceiling works. We have a fully in-house labour team who can react quickly to projects that require a quick mobilisation or fast track installation whilst maintaining the exceptional quality.

We also have an approved supply chain agreement with all major dry-lining suppliers including CCF and Sheffield Insulation and use only approved installation techniques and process for British Gypsum and Knauf. We also can assist in the design and specification for achieving specific acoustic performances.
