Dominic Maher | Co-Founder/Owner

Dom graduated from university with a 2:1 degree in Building Surveying in 1999. For over 20 years, Dom has worked in contracting for main companies operating in the fit-out industry. The last four years have seen Dom successfully run a principal contractor employing 25 employees with a turnover of approximately £20M a year, completing commercial fit-out and refurbishments across London and the South East. In Dom’s previous roles he was instrumental in the overseeing of the operations and pre-construction roles. Dom’s key attributes are his openness to clients and his ability to maintain long-term, lasting relationships.

Richard Hood | Co-Founder/Owner

Rich started life amongst the tools and soon progressed into supervising and running large scale dry lining and joinery packages for the likes of Canary Wharf Contractors and Barclays fit out. In 2013 Rich started “I-Fit Out” a dry lining business, which today has over 20 direct employees, completing projects across London and the South East to a turnover in excess of £2M a year. The business has had organic growth built from 85% repeat business and an ethos of ensuring that the dry lining packages on large commercial fit out and refurbishment projects is completed on time and to the very highest quality.
