I just wanted to write an email just to express how impressed I am with Pat and the team from Defined.
I have to say that Pat is the most conscientious contractor I have ever come across. In particular, I found the following points to be the most exceptional.
Protection of surfaces and walls lifts and common areas.
Introducing himself to all tenants at the outset of the project, explaining what’s happening and how it will affect them
Keeping noise to a minimum during office hours
Regular project updates of upcoming works via email
Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
Ensuring all his labourers are wearing correct PPE and behaving in an appropriate way in the corporate environment
It has been a pleasure working with Pat and I would certainly recommend him to anyone for future projects.
